• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Comply with Tata Teleservices' acceptable use policies for services delivered through them.

4. Intellectual Property

• Invoices are payable within the due date specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may attract interest charges as permissible under applicable law.
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise.
• Service activation is subject to receipt of payment and completion of necessary documentation.
• Refund policies, where applicable, will be as specified in individual service agreements.

6. Service Levels & SLA

Sourceinfoweb endeavours to deliver services to the highest possible standard. Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for uptime, response times, and performance benchmarks are defined in individual service contracts.

In the event of service disruptions, remedies will be limited to service credits as specified in the relevant service agreement, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sourceinfoweb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant service contract. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access to our services if:

• You breach any material provision of these Terms or the service agreement.
• You fail to make payment when due and do not remedy the default within a reasonable period.
• You use our services for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue available legal remedies.
